Please Note - Postage times are separate to our production times. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for production of your creations on top of postage time estimates.
We know you want your order quickly!
All of our orders are shipped to you using Australia Post Parcel Post, and you will be provided with an Australia Post tracking number - so you can track your order from the moment it leaves our door to the moment it arrives to yours!
For Standard Post, please allow up to 5 - 14 business days for your items to be delivered.
If you need your item in a hurry, we recommend using our EXPRESS POST upgrade at checkout.
For Express Post, please allow up to 2 - 4 business days for your items to be delivered.
Materials
All our designs are handmade in our little studio in Perth, Western Australia using acrylic, and only the highest A+ grade 4mm Hoop Pine - locally sourced out of sustainable forests in Queensland.
Hoop Pine is a natural timber, and as such each item will have its own wood grain markings - making each piece wonderfully unique!
Care
WRITEABLE BOARDS: We recommend only using a whiteboard marker when writing the details of your little one onto our writeable boards. Texters or permanent markers can be difficult to remove, and may permanently mark the acrylic.
Wipe with a damp cloth to clean.
Do not use any chemicals.
WOODEN PLAQUES: We recommend using a ballpoint pen when writing the details of your little one onto the plaque, as texters or markers can seep into the wood and cause a 'bleeding' effect.
