Processing Time

At WILDWOOD LANE AUSTRALIA, each of our items in handcrafted and made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Custom orders may require additional time; if so, we will contact you directly with an estimated timeline.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–10 business days
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as postal delays or customs processes.


Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or other reputable courier services, with tracking provided. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


PO Boxes

We happily ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers within Australia.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in their country.


Order Issues and Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@wildwoodlane.com.au so we can assist you. For damaged items, please include photos of the packaging and product.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of order. WILDWOOD LANE AUSTRALIA is not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
